We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned not due to an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us in the event of a return to get the proper return authorization.
Shipping charges are refunded if:
We ship an incorrect product.
A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
A product was damaged during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
