Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by UPS as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.
UPS Ground: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Shipping times are not guaranteed for ground shipments and are only estimates.
3 Day Select: Your order is delivered within 3 business days. (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed.
2 Day Air: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed.
Next Day Air: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 1 business day (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed.
These ups guidelines apply to the 48 contiguous states only. Alaska and Hawaii take a little longer and are shipped via usps if under 70 Lbs. Otherwise we will request a rate from ups for your package.
Post Office Boxes:
We do not ship to post office boxes within the contiguous U.S. These orders are shipped UPS, which delivers to phyiscal address only.
International Shipments:
We ship worldwide via UPS and United States Postal Service.
We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.
Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned customs as "illegal to import."
If for any reason the package is seized Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned customs as "unclaimed."
