After placing your order:

The e-mail contains your Order Number in the Subject and all your order details except your credit card infomation. • Your order will be processed manually. We'll contact you via phone and/or e-mail if we have any problem processing your order/payment.
  
• Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 3 pm except some kits which may take 1-3 days and orders having other complications. You can request a tracking number(s), via email if needed. UPS generally takes on average of 3 to 5 days to deliver, except Alaska and Hawaii which takes a little longer.
