These USA made trailer air tanks feature a "rust resistant" coating inside and out and meet all SAE J10 & FMVSS 121 specifications.  

Available in:

 8.0" - 1425 cubic inch capacity (Volume)

 9.5" - 1488 cubic inch capacity (Volume)

12.0 " - 2850 cubic inch capacity (Volume)

Full coverage in both "Frown"  and "Smile" mounting styles.

150 PSI max working pressure.

Rust resistant coating inside and out with a textured black epoxy powder coat exterior finish. 

To ensure air tanks durability, the powder coating process includes three stages of pretreatment of 500 hours salt spray resistance.

Submerged in water and tested under pressure prior to shipping to ensure no air leaks in tank.

Identify Your Air Tank - Make sure you replace your air tank with a tank that has the same amount of cubic inch capacity

Take your tank measurements (figure 1 below)

- Length (A) Measure from centerline of mounting bracket holes on the opposite side.

- Width/Diameter (B) Looking at the end cap, measure the diameter from weld to weld.

 

Identify the number of main ports (see figures below)

- Front View: Number of front ports

- Rear View: Number of back ports

     Port Type 1 = 1 front port

     Port Type 2 = 2 front ports

     Port Type 3 = 1 front & 1 back port

     Port Type 4 = 2 front ports and 1 back port

Once you identify the number of main ports, make sure you verify that the port sizes are correct size:

 - Main Ports (front & back) are either 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch

 - Side Drain Ports are either 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch

 - Bottom Drain Port is 1/4 inch

Identify your mounting bracket (see figures below)

 - From the side, with your bottom drain port facing down, identify your bracket
