Include spiders, shoes, cams, cam support brackets, air chamber brackets and spindle nuts.

5" round straight air axle 22,500 lbs. rating
Tapered spindle HM212049/HM218248 bearing combination with nut assemblies
5/8" tube wall, 16.5" x 7" brakes with 23k rated lining
Long cams for spring or air suspension applications
Air chamber brackets installed, 71.5" or 77.5" track
(Does not include air chambers, slack adjusters, dust shields, drums, hubs, bearings,seals, hubcaps, ABS cables, wheel studs or nuts.)

To determine which axle measure your existing axle from inside brake shoes from spider to spider. If 54" then you need the 71.5, If 60" then the 77.5.  Also note the bearing combination you have.
